UPDATE: It was a misunderstanding on my part. They said they would be back today to wrap the windows. We had planned on wrapping the basement windows, so thats the ones I thought they meant. The windows are done now and look great. And instead of wrapping the basement windows I am having them replace them as well.
They replaced 6 of my windows. They look great on the inside. On the outside they did not finish them. No insulation, no caulking, no trim, no nothing. Very disappointed.

The quoting process was excellent. Not pushy and explained answers to any questions asked. Pricing was very fair for window quality. Install was fast and installers were very courteous and considerate. Quality of install was solid for the money but attention to detail was lacking a bit. If you’re a perfectionist, some of the nicks, dings, caulking imperfections, etc will be an irritant. Pictures of one of the new trims on our install included. It was only 1 out of 16 windows, but still a blemish on an otherwise positive experience.

I purchased two large slider windows and the install went great. We love the windows and our cats love them. Only thing I’d say is that communication with the office for a scheduling was a bit rough. I would have to call back a lot requesting more details. They were expecting more flexibility from me and did not have any flexibility themselves. This was my first time working with a window contractor as well.
