You can’t beat the prices. Installation was very professional and polite. They look beautiful.

The installation was done well. The 3 month wait time was the only thing we didn't care for.

The window looked great after being put in, but then we had to have the siding around in replaced. The contractor that did the siding noticed that they did not insulate the inside of the bottom of the window which he took care of at that time. I did it call about this because it was corrected by the other contractor but I feel like it should have been done with the installation.

The reason why it did not get a 5 star review is because we had to wait several months for installation. Then at 4pm the day before the installation we were notified that it had to be rescheduled two weeks out and it could possibly be rescheduled again. As I am working remote with my 3 year old and have a dog, neither could be present during the installation, it was unprofessional, inconsiderate and very inconvenient to cancel and reschedule 2 weeks later with less than 24 hour notice. Fast forward 2 weeks later, the actual installation afternoon went well and workers were professional. So far, the quality of the windows has been great!

I recently purchased a home with some of their windows in it. Unfortunately one of the windows had broken pivot pins and wouldn't stay up. I called the store and they worked with me very well and shipped me the parts needed to repair the window. Great customer service and great people. The parts arrived very quickly and the window works flawlessly.

Phone calls weren't that great since Noone would call back. The first time we had them come out the installers were horrible. The second time they came out, we couldn't have had a better two guys for the job. Overall please solely because of the two gentlemen that did the install. Thank you guys to Bub and Chris!

We were a little surprised to see only one installer, but he did a fine job. He put tarps down and did not leave a mess to clean up afterwards. We are very pleased and would recommend Window World to anyone. Thanks for a great job.

I used Window World for my entire house. It is an older block home and each one had to be the exact size. They made them to my measurements and they all fit perfectly. The seal between one of the double panes failed producing condensation and they replaced with no questions asked. I am going to sell this house soon and will defenatly use them on my next one too. It’s great working with a company that lives up to their advertising. 👍
