Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery seemed to take a while, but I had a steel door and evidently that was the issue. Installers were fast and windows went in perfectly. My only issue is when I overheard my installer call me a " not nice" name in Spanish, I too understand the language.

The scheduler was friendly, helpful, and flexible, very easy to work with.
The installers called ahead of time, at least an hour before coming out both times. They were very professional and so efficient with their trade, nice to see.
I really liked our salesperson, no pressure, friendly, and seemed honest, as far as that goes.
I would have left 5 stars except for the fact that my living room Windows were incorrectly measured causing two trips and hence a delay in the finished product.
I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the market for Windows.
